Career Exploration

Working in healthcare doesn’t mean that you have to be a doctor or a nurse.  There are many career possibilities in health care! The work in health care is varied and many begin their health care careers with an associates (2-year) degree or an industry certificate after high school graduation. Job Shadow!

 

Anyone 14 years or older can participate in a job shadow.  A typical job shadow allows you to follow a health care professional for 4 hours in order for you to observe a profession first hand.
