Rebecca Madison — Rebecca Madison is the Executive Director of the Alaska eHealth Network (AeHN) and has been a member of the Interior AHEC Advisory Council since the first meeting in March 2006. The AeHN is a statewide effort focused on the secure exchange of electronic health record data between patients and providers.
Prior to AeHN, Rebecca worked as the CIO for the Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation and in Health Programs at the University of Alaska. Ms. Madison holds degrees from Illinois State University and Saint Bonaventure University, New York and has 15 years’ experience in health care IT management in Alaska - the majority of that time spent in Bush Alaska.
Amy Baldwin — Amy Baldwin is the Human Resources Officer for the Interior Community Health Center (ICHC), the safety net provider for Interior Alaska. She has been with ICHC for 7 years, and served on the Interior AHEC Advisory Council since early 2008. As part of her HR role, she performs staff recruiting and arranges for health professions training. She has a bachelors degree from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and in December 2008 became a Certified Medical Staff Recruiter. Amy has lived in Fairbanks since 1970. She is devoted to the Interior AHEC and its mission of healthcare workforce development in Interior Alaska.
